It’s Official – The 013 CIFF 2020 is a Go!!

The second edition of the 013 Cinecitta International Film Festival will proceed as planned, from 22 – 25 October, at the newly expanded Cinecitta Theatre complex in Tilburg (barring unforeseen circumstances, of course). Once again, 13 fiction feature films from 13 different countries will screen over the four days, providing cinephiles with a cinematic tour of the world!

Thanks to the addition of two new screening rooms, the films will screen in a way that respects all social-distancing rules put in place to protect the health of our patrons. These rules mean that we will have 90 seats in Cinema 1, 30 seats in Cinemas 3 and 4 combined, and 30 seats in Cinemas 5 and 6—the new screening rooms!—combined. The screenings in Cinemas 3 and 4 will occur simultaneously, and the same goes for screenings in Cinemas 5 and 6, allowing us to screen each film three times (Cinema 1, Cinemas 3+4, and Cinemas 5+6) while maintaining the new safety standards.
